Materials for 3D Signs:
ACM: ACM is aluminum composite material, it is a substrate with aluminum faces and a polyethylene core. The thickness and layers make it damage and bend resistant. This is a high end, long term material.
Aluminum: Aluminum is a substrate that is pure aluminum and comes in various thicknesses. This is a high end, short to mid term material.
Infinity: Infinity board is a light weight foam board material that has water proof styrene surfaces and a triple dense core. This is a high end, mid to long term material.
EagleCell: Eaglecell is an eco-friendly board made with a strong cardboard like hexagonal core, with clay coated surfaces. This is a mid range, short to long term material that is not weather proof.
Sintra: Sintra is a PVC board that has a smooth white surface. This is a mid range, mid to long term material.
Bubble-x: Bubble-x is a plastic material that has a hexagonal core for added strength and rigidness. This is a middle range, mid term material.
Corex: Corex is a corrugated plastic material, the flutes makes it able to sit on h-stakes making it the most popular material for yard signs. This is a lower end, short term material.
White: White acrylic is a transparent white substrate that comes in 1/8" or 3/16" thick, typically used for illuminated cabinets.
Clear: Clear acrylic is a clear substrate that comes in 1/8" or 3/16" thick, typically used for illuminated cabinets.
