The Process of Getting a Commercial Wrap

If you’re wanting to start getting your work vehicles wrapped/branded you might be wondering how to start or what the process it, well here is a little walkthrough to guide you through so you know what you can expect!

Art

There is 2 ways we mock up vehicle wrap designs, templates and photographs.

Templates are typically used when we haven’t seen the vehicle in person, this is done for preliminary design ideas so you can visualize the style, colors, etc and make tweaks until you’re happy with the layout. If a template mock up is used we will need the vehicle brought in for measurements before the project is sent to production to ensure that sizing is correct.

The photograph mock up is the one we prefer and it is done by you bringing the vehicle in for us to get photos and measurements, we then bring the photos into our programs and mock up your design directly on the vehicle it is going to be applied to, this shows a more realistic idea of what the final product will look like.

Production

Once the design is finalized and the vehicle has been scheduled we will send the design into product where our team will print it, laminate it, and prep it for our installer.

We use the highest quality vehicle grade vinyl and laminations to ensure that your wrap not only looks great but also will not harm the vehicle.

Installation

The day your vehicle is scheduled for our Avery certified wrap installer will apply your wrap using the industry best practices.

Your vehicle will need to be dropped off at our shop for the installation and will stay in our facility for the entire installation process. The length of time we need your vehicle here depends on coverages, vehicle size, and design complexity.
