Putting some Reflective Cut Vinyl on Mercy Flights Ambulances
Recently we had the honor of doing some Mercy Flights Ambulances. They were done with mostly reflective blue and red cut vinyl. There were a few pieces of non reflective blue and red as well as a little bit of black.

ACM is great for outdoor signage. It's weather proof and tough, and with lamination, it will last many many years. It's also a great material if you are mounting your sign the side of a building or to a wood blank. You're able to drill right through the sign without having to worry about cracking it.
A Quick Look at Our Roll to Roll Printer
The star of our roll to roll department is our Roland XR-640. We use roll to roll printers to run vinyl and banners.
The XR-640 is a print cut machine that has a print and cut width of 62.5", and a print resolution of 1,440 dpi. It is a 8 color printer: cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, light black, and white. With the resolution and color to give you a super high quality print every time.
