How to order:
Method 1 - Online
Ordering online is simple, but if you need help there is a guide to ordering online.
To order online you'll want to go to "Submit Order", then select the category (vinyl, banner, substrate, other), enter the password (password available to all members), fill out the order form [attach art if you have it], and press submit.
Method 2 - via Email
Ordering via email is a little different, you still need to be a member to submit an order, but you would just email us your art [if you have it] and all the details of your job.
Ordering via email is a little more difficult because it's easy to forget options or details that the online form requires you to fill out, and most email orders do not receive confirmation emails.
But either method is okay, and you should use whichever one works best for you.
We are a members only company, membership is free and easy to setup.

Post order process:
1. Art (creation and/or formatting)
We can create art for you, but this is add time to the completion date as well as art charges.
If you supply/create the art, here are some things to keep in mind:
Our printers run CMYK. We can print RGB, Pantone, DIC, etc. art files, though the colors will be the CMYK equivalent.
We will help you match the colors as much as possible, but if colors are critical we recommend you order a press proof.
We accept almost any file type, but we suggest a .cdr, .pdf, .psd, .ai, or .tiff
Art can be uploaded on our website, sent via email, or through our hightail. Of course your file(s) can always be brought in using a usb drive, sd card, or disk as well.
Keep in mind that some art (raster) like JPGs and PNGs can distort/pixelate if you have us enlarge them.
When sending art, also be sure to let us know what you want: Material - Quantity - Size(s) - Finishing - Special Needs - Shipping Requirements - PO# - Due Date.
Once your art has been approved and/or formatted, it is sent to the print department. Within 24 hours it will be printed or printing.
Certain prints can take longer due to size, detail, or dry time.
Flatbed jobs are usually quicker because they don't require dry time while roll to roll jobs can take anywhere from a hour to a full day to dry.
Please let us know if you have any special job needs because it could effect the completion date.
We are more than happy to expedite jobs for you, a rush charge could be added to your bill.
Most of the time Finishing will take 1-4 days, depending on the size and scope of your job.
Please include any Finishing requests for you product such as router cutting, rounded corners, lamination, contour cutting (die cut or kiss cut) design, weeding, pole pocket hems, sewing, etc.
4. Packaging & Delivery
We can package your product any way you want, we can deliver your products via ground shipping, hand delivery, or you can pick them up at our facility.
We can also blind ship or split ship your products to you or your customers.
We can also install your product on or off site.
