Real Estate Sign Info:

Real estate signs are rigid substrates that are printed full color to display property and/or houses that are for sale. They usually included the size, price, contact info, and the name/logo of the company that owns the land.

Real Estate Sign Types:

There are a few different types of real estate signs, the most popular are: 4'x8' property signs (usually mounted to wooden frames), yards signs (placed using h-stakes), vinyl arm signs (the white vinyl, L shaped sign holders), and signs placed in metal signs holders.
All of these (except yard signs) are typically done on plastic or aluminum. Yards signs are typically done on corex (more info here).

Real Estate Sign Uses:

Real estate signs are used to display information about a piece of property of a building that is for sale, rent, or lease.

Materials for Real Estate Signs:

Here's a little guide to help you know what we can do, and what you should get:

Composite: ACM. Aluminum composite material is a substrate with a plastic interior and aluminum faces. It is very durable and weatherproof, and our sign material that lasts the longest.
Blank: Aluminum blanks. These come in multiple thicknesses and are just pure aluminum.

Corrugated: Corex. This is fluted plastic that can be placed in the ground using an h-stake.
Smooth: Bubble X. This is a smooth surface plastic substrate, it has a honey comb interior making it stronger than corex but also means it can sit on h-stakes.
